Concierge Construction
Who is protecting your home if you’re not?
À La Carte & Package Services
Services start at $500 + and will be priced based on your project scope, need, urgency, and location.
Currently, I am booking 3–4 weeks out, and only take on a limited number of concierge clients at a time.
-
Step 1
Review the Homeowners U site to make sure we haven’t covered what you need in our Guides or Resources.
-
Step 2
Book an initial 30-minute video call below. It must be booked and paid in full ($175) prior to any service. During this call, we will discuss which concierge services will best meet your needs, if any.
-
Step 3
You will be sent a short intake form and scheduled for your video call within 48 hrs. *All initial calls will only be done via video.
-
Step 4
If you decide to move forward after our initial call, you can book services á la carte or we can discuss package options based on your case needs.

Progress photos taken during key project stages.
Ideal for homeowners who are traveling, out-of-area, or otherwise unable to visit the site regularly.
Photo updates can be critical for holding contractors accountable for progress and quality in real time.
I am not a licensed contractor, nor do I refer out contractors. This is intentional: it allows me to stay completely unbiased throughout your project, protecting only your best interests. I am here solely as your eyes, ears, and advocate in whatever capacity you need — without conflicting business ties, hidden commissions, or divided loyalties. If I feel that you need a different expert in the field to help you achieve your goals, I will tell you.
I also do not partner with builders, developers, or flippers. Too often, these relationships come with unspoken alliances that leave homeowners vulnerable. In today's market, flipped homes — even with required permitting disclosures — often suffer from subpar to outright defective construction, rushed finishes, hidden problems, and a complete lack of accountability when issues arise. Warranties on new construction are rarely honored without expensive legal battles.
My role is purely to protect you — not to market, promote, or funnel business to any other company.
